2. Services Provided
Timberwolf Tree Services provides tree care services including but not limited to: pruning, tree removal, windfirming, spiral pruning, hedge trimming, tree assessments, planting, felling, and consultations. All services are subject to availability and local regulations in British Columbia.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes provided are free and non-binding until both parties have agreed to the scope of work and terms. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, additional requests, or unforeseen complications. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Timberwolf reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety risks, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Safety and Site Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the work area. Children, pets, and other individuals must be kept clear of the job site during service. Timberwolf Tree Services follows strict safety protocols and reserves the right to halt work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
6. Property Damage and Liability
While every effort is made to avoid damage, Timberwolf Tree Services is not liable for unforeseen damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden obstacles unless disclosed beforehand. Clients agree to disclose all relevant property information before service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Timberwolf Tree Services and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timberwolf Tree Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of British Columbia.
